Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our withdrawal button or inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Careful Packaging
Please pack the goods carefully and securely for the return shipment
to prevent damage during transport.
This is not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Return to the Correct Address
Please return the goods only to the return address specified in this withdrawal policy.
Extended Notice on Value Compensation
The consumer must compensate for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs,
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed,
- goods that may perish quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded shortly.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
