Shipping and Payment Terms

1. Shipping

We ship within Germany, to all countries of the European Union, and worldwide, provided that such shipments do not violate international regulations. Deliveries to active war zones or unrecognized territories are excluded.

1.1 Shipping to all EU countries

We ship to all member states of the European Union, including:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

1.2 International shipping (outside the EU)

We also ship to non‑EU countries, including but not limited to: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates and many other countries worldwide.

International shipments are carried out only if they do not violate international trade laws, embargoes, or security regulations.

1.3 Shipping costs and free delivery

Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over 50 €. This does not apply to German islands or remote regions, where additional surcharges may apply.

For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated individually, regardless of the preliminary shipping cost displayed in the shopping cart. Actual shipping costs may differ from the automatically calculated values.

The shipping costs shown in the shopping cart are preliminary. If the actual shipping costs are higher, we will inform you before dispatch. You may cancel the order free of charge if you do not agree with the updated costs.

1.4 Additional shipping fees, customs, and special regions

Additional shipping fees, customs duties, or regional surcharges may apply for certain countries or regions. These costs are borne by the customer. We can provide an individual quote upon request.

Deliveries to special regions (e.g., islands, overseas territories, customs zones) may incur additional fees. These will be communicated to the customer before dispatch and must be confirmed.

1.5 Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the shipment with the respective carrier.

1.6 Failed delivery / absence

If delivery is not possible, the parcel may be left with a neighbor, at a parcel shop, or at a pickup station. You will receive a notification card with further instructions.

For freight shipments, you will be contacted in advance by phone or email to arrange a delivery appointment.

1.7 Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in accordance with §§ 355 ff. BGB. Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

For business customers (B2B), the separate B2B Return Conditions apply.

1.8 Return address

1.9 Self-Supply Reservation

Our obligation to deliver is subject to correct and timely self-supply. If we are not supplied by our upstream supplier through no fault of our own, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Further claims by the customer are excluded.

1.10 Export Control and Sanctions

All deliveries are subject to applicable national and international export control regulations. If it becomes apparent after conclusion of the contract that the delivery would violate embargoes or export restrictions, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Freight-Collect Returns

Freight-collect (postage-due) returns will not be accepted and will be returned or disposed of at the customer’s expense.

Transfer of Risk for Returns (B2B)

The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods during return shipment shall be borne exclusively by the business customer.

2. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs displayed in the shopping cart are for orientation only and are not binding. For deliveries outside Germany, as well as for islands and remote regions, additional costs may apply and will be calculated individually.

If the actual shipping costs exceed the amount shown in the cart, we will inform you before dispatch. You may cancel the order free of charge if you do not agree with the updated costs.
