The Skipper 36m Cone Topper Barrier Kit (KIT04) in high-visibility safety orange with red and white chevron tape is the ultimate expanded site safety system by world-leading safety brand Skipper™. Designed for maximum versatility in traffic management, civil engineering, and industrial hazard control, the KIT04 includes 4 active Skipper retractable tape units (without a dummy unit). This allows operators to build an impressive continuous linear barrier of up to 36 meters (120 ft) or fully enclose a 4-sided square/rectangular perimeter (up to 9x9 meters). The red and white chevron tape complies with international warning standards for temporary hazards, construction work, and detour routes.

The kit features 4 patented Skipper helix traffic cones engineered for wind stability and maximum reflection in low-light conditions. Each of the 4 included topper units houses a 9-meter (30ft) high-tensile fabric tape equipped with an internal soft-retract braking mechanism. The KIT04 provides the complete flexibility required for dynamic job sites requiring either broad coverage or full 360-degree perimeter cordoning.
